Our construction division specializes in managing tenant improvement projects, facilities upgrades, and renovation projects. Focused on implementing cost effective solutions, we utilize a hands-on approach as your advisor and manager beginning with design phase, during construction and ultimately the delivery of the final product. 

Services Provided:

  • Oversee project planning and design
  • Estimate construction cost and prepare a budget
  • Conduct construction bidding and value engineering
  • Supervise permitting, bonding and insurance
  • Supervise construction, balance cost control and quality control
  • Conduct meetings with owners and contractors
  • Produce periodic status reports
  • Manage LEED documentation and administration
  • Conduct walk-throughs after construction is completed
  • Prepare punch lists and supervise completion of punch list items
  • Maintain copies of equipment manuals and warranties and prepare project documentation for owners
  • Obtain use and occupancy permits

Londontowne Square Shopping Center

$1.3 million façade renovation to a 20 year old strip shopping center.

Perry Hall Crossing Shopping Center

$1.6 million renovation to a 30 year old strip center to accommodate a new Aldi lease. Scope included relocating main entrance, a new façade, renovating parking lot to add parking spaces, updating storm water retention, upgrading parking lot and canopy lights to LED. 

Heaver Plaza

9 story, 110,000 SF Class A office building  located in Lutherville, MD. It is the home of the iconic Peppermill Restaurant and the Fire Museum of Maryland and is the most prominent office building in Lutherville.
